Eräs tapa määritellä Qigong on jakaa se kolmeen perustyyliin: Dong, Jing ja Anmo harjoituksiin, vastaavasti liike-, hiljaisuus- ja hieronta menetelmiin. Päivän aikana opit Seitai Shiatsun ja Qigong Anmo:n periaatteita, perustekniikkaa ja kehon käyttöä, sekä siihen liittyvää näkemystä energiasta ja kuinka sitä voidaan hoidettavassa vahvistaa ja tasapainottaa.

Qigong harjoituksien yksi päämäärä on energiatunteen luominen ja vahvistaminen. Osa kurssista tehdään parityönä, joka on ehkä selkein tapa energiakokemuksen tavoittamiseksi. Samalla saa mahtavan ja rentouttavan kehokäsittelyn.

Kurssin vetäjä Kauko Uusoksa on työskennellyt Seitai Shiatsun kehittäjän Mestari Kato Kiyoshin klinikalla Osakassa, Japanissa, ja ollut hänen mukanaan mm. perustamassa vastaavaa klinikkaa Honoluluun Hawai´ille. Kaukolla on yli 50 vuotinen tausta kehotyöskentelystä ja Qigongista

Kurssin aikana opitaan myös oman sisäisen energian ylläpitämisen ja harjoittamisen menetelmiä, jotka energiatyötä tekeville ovat erittäin hyödyllisiä.
