Seitai Shiatsu is based on an ancient oriental folk healing tradition and Anmo massage. There are mentions of it written on animal bones and turtle shells almost 4000 years ago.
Seitai Shiatsu is a Japanese holistic bodywork method to help the circulation and functioning of the life force in the body in different ways. In the Seitai Undo basic treatment, the whole body is treated with various movements and stretches, massaging, and pressing on influential points located in the energy channels. The purpose is to relax the body and mind while activating the circulation of internal power in the channels and the effects extend both on a purely physiological level and deep into the area of ​​the mind, energy and spirit.

The course also includes exercises of the Chinese Qigong (chi kung) method to stabilize and raise your own energy level.
The study languages are english and estonian.
